ICC carefully picks the customer care staff ensuring any caller will always have a positive and productive interaction. The staff is also well trained to offer a detailed explanation of the feature and benefits available on STB

ICC's Customer Care is additionally responsible for customer complaints. The default SLA followed that the field staff respond to the customer within a maximum of 30 minutes where a callback or follow up is requuired. Incase an engineer needs to visit the customer, such visit happen within a maximum of 4 hours from a time a visit is committed ICC also mandates that all complain must be resloved on the same day
