ICC's Customer Care is additionally responsible for customer coomplaints. The default SLA followed that the field staff respond to the customer within a maximum of 30 minutes where a callback or followup is requuired. Incase an engineer needs to visit the customer, such visit happen within a maximum of 4 hours from a time a visit is committed ICC also mandates that all complain must be resloved on the same day
